Tribeca, home to one of the world’s largest collections of industrial red-brick loft conversions, galleries, and yes, celebrities, is home to 57 Reade Street, a neo-modern condominium at the heart of this quaint, yet quintessentially Manhattan neighborhood. In many ways, its name, Reade57, is as much of an inverse as the building itself; surrounded by cast iron lofts and Beaux-Arts municipal buildings, 57 Reade Street’s glass-and-steel structure is a welcome, albeit almost radical, architectural addition to this already stunning area.
