The Hendrik:

Located at 509 Pacific Street, in the tree-lined streets of Boerum Hill, the award-winning architecture firm, Beyer Blinder Belle specifically designed the the building with brick to blend perfectly with the neighborhood's quaint brownstone style. The Hendrik is planned to be six stories, holding 33 units, boasting a landscaped, green rooftop terraces and courtyards, to relax residents and display marvelous views. Residents will enjoy the wide-plank oak floors, white Calcutta marble, walnut cabinetry, and LED lighting that are present in each home. They will also have access to bike storage, private parking, fitness center, and a lounge. Set to be completed in 2017.

The Baltic:

The combination of quality products and beautiful design by the architect firm, VOA will give residents the best of Brooklyn at 613 Baltic Street. The 11 floor structure offers a large amount of outdoor space with a two-level landscaped garden and terrace as well as a rooftop terrace, giving access to the gorgeous views of Brooklyn. The exterior is crafted of white brick and the interiors of marble, granite, quartz, labradorite, walnut and oak. Construction is planned to be finished by 2017.

550 Vanderbilt Avenue :

Drafted with modern elements to mesh with the surrounding neighborhood's appeal, this new construction condo will include a lounge, gorgeous landscaped terrace, full fitness center, a children's playroom and a stunning rooftop terrace that will have an open air kitchen, garden, and views of Brooklyn.
