The building features 45 loft-style apartments that measure 2,900-4,250 sqft. The remaining eight units will be penthouses that range from 5,000-9,300 sqft. Prices range from $7.15 million for a two-bedroom, and go up to $55 million for five-bedroom penthouses. Earlier this year, the building’s $54 million penthouse went into contract, marking it the priciest penthouse in all of downtown, surpassing the $50.9 million penthouse at Walker Tower.

Many apartments are already in contract, but 40 percent of the building is still currently available.
