Prices range from $7.15 million for a two-bedroom, and go up to $55 million for five-bedroom penthouses. Earlier this year, the building’s $54 million penthouse went into contract, marking it the priciest penthouse in all of downtown, surpassing the $50.9 million penthouse at Walker Tower

In the center of the building there is a 4,000 square foot courtyard designed by HM White. The building will also include a hammam, a yoga room, an indoor pool, and more.

Many apartments are already in contract, but 40 percent of the building is still currently available.
