NoMad's New Pricey Pad
The luxury condo conversion at 212 Fifth Avenue will soon be hitting the market with one of New York’s priciest penthouses—boasting a $68.5M price tag.
The pad is still under construction, but once complete, it will take up the building’s top three floors, with over 10,000 sqft of space. The home will be lined with chevron-patterned oak floors, an open kitchen topped with Calacatta gold marble, steam showers, and more. The penthouse will also have 5,700 square feet of outdoor space which will hold its own private pool.
