Plans Move Forward With Hudson Square Luxury Rental
Rendering of 110 Charlton Street via Cape Advisors
Hudson Square’s residential project is officially moving forward since being announced in 2014.
The 27-story apartment building is set to rise at 110 Charlton Street by development firm Cape Advisors.
The building will hold 167 condominiums each averaging 1,352 square feet in size. At the base of the tower will be 2,800-square-feet of retail space, and the building in total will stand 290-feet tall. Each of the upper floors are planned to hold three to eight units. So far, the building’s amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop terrace, laundry, a children’s recreation room, and private parking for residents.

Before the $78 million was paid by Cape Advisors for the site, the building was home to four warehouses and a mixed-use building. The development firm also paid another $1.3 million for air rights.
This building will be joining the many other new luxury developments in the area, with no announced prediction of when it will be completed.
