Rendering of Park Court via Curbed

American Development Group will be bringing a townhouse and condo mix development to 13th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenue in Park Slope.

A rendering of the boutique building, dubbed Park Court, was just released and shows a three-story brick building with large windows. The project's first stage will be three, four-bedroom townhouses, with the interior crafted by Penelope Kim Designs. Each of the homes will have large outdoor space–a backyard and rooftop terrace– and a private laundry room.

The condominiums will be the second phase of the project, and although not much has been revealed, it is known that they will share amenities with the townhouses, which will feature a parking garage, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a courtyard.

Sales for the townhouses will begin this spring and the condos will be on the market later this year.
