Chelsea Piers Sports & Entertainment Complex has long been a popular recreational spot for New Yorkers. Located on the west end of Manhattan, this place is 28 acres full of just about everything fitness-related, including a golf club, fitness club, ice skating rink, and multiple bowling lanes. And now this swanky complex will have a new location: 33 Bond Street, a fancy 52,000 square foot rental in Downtown Brooklyn.
Vibrant and upscale, 33 Bond offers a comfortable yet lavish lifestyle for its residents. Complete with an elevated private park, resident lounge spaces, and an art gallery filled with the works of local artists, this luxury residence is the perfect place for the creative-minded and socially inclined. The surrounding community of diverse local culture, thriving artists and creativity make this one of the most exciting locations in the city.
33 Bond Street’s developer TF Cornerstone has been aiming to install a gym in the building for a long time and wanted to give residents something more than a run-of-the-mill fitness club. Chelsea Piers claims that this new location will have a “world class fitness club” that residents of 33 Bond Street will be able to join with discounted memberships, as well as direct access through the residential lobby.
This fitness complex is a great addition to a booming neighborhood; Downtown Brooklyn has evolved into a diverse marketplace over the past few years and is now an increasingly popular destination for residents and tourists alike. And additional plans for 33 Bond such as high-quality restaurants and artisanal food services will attract many more visitors, giving both the rental and the Chelsea Piers Complex more foot traffic and an increased chance of success.
