The growing Lower East Side luxury residential market has recently added another condominium at 242 Broome Street. Taconic Investment and L&M Development have joined SHoP Architects and SLCE Architects to add this champagne colored 14-story tower to the changing neighborhood.

Just last year, a sleek new condominium joined the ever-growing Long Island City luxury market at 47-05 5th Street. The new development holds 21 apartments total and although sales began in 2016, there are still homes available. 

A new Tribeca tower designed by starchitect Robert A.M Stern is completing its final finishing touches while the homes inside have already hit the market.

JDS Development Group has just put 44 new condominiums Brooklyn on the market in Brooklyn while they wrap up construction on the new residential tower at 613 Baltic Street.

One of Tribeca’s treasures, Sterling Mason, was completed back in 2013, and luckily there are still some stunning apartments available in this building.

Another condominium tower has just been completed in the busy streets of Murray Hill, at 172 Madison Avenue. The gorgeous glass structure was designed by architect Karl Fischer and developed by Tessler Developments.

The Department of Buildings has just approved the 1,009-foot skyscraper, which was designed by Meganon. Renderings of the skyscraper reveal a modern Manhattan glass building, which towers over the immediate neighborhood.

While the 20-story tower wraps up construction, sales of The Lindley’s 74 apartments have launched. The new development has joined the neighborhood at 591 Third Avenue and the glassy building fits right in at the heart of Manhattan.

Just a few years ago, two glassy developments joined the tall towers of Midtown West, bringing a total of 156 lavish condominiums to the area. The Baccarat Hotel and Residences and One57 were both completed around 4 years ago, but both still stand as two of the most luxurious and modern condominiums in Midtown that still have with available apartments.
