West Chelsea's Sky Garage penthouse sold for $7.6 million today after three price reductions. The penthouse was first listed at $16.5 million back in 2011.
After rumors swirled of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban being in contract for the 3-bedroom penthouse in 200 Eleventh Avenue asking $12.5 million, they chose instead to buy a 4th floor duplex apartment for $9.6 million.
