30 Park Place, an 80-story limestone skyscraper due to be completed in 2014, will be one of the tallest and most distinctive residential condominium towers in Manhattan. Also known as 99 Church Street, 30 Park Place will be a mixed-use building as well; the lower 22 floors will belong to a Four Seasons Hotel, while the upper floors will house luxurious private condos. Designed by the renowned firm Robert A.M. Stern architects, 30 Park Place will be located a block away from the current World Trade Center site on the southern edge of Tribeca, one of Manhattan’s most coveted neighborhoods.
The 143 luxury condominiums and penthouses on the upper floors of 30 Park Place will be among the finest and largest in Manhattan: some of these private residences will be as large as 6,500 square feet. The full-floor penthouses will have private setback terraces, and the exceptional size of 30 Park Place all but assures that residents there will enjoy great views of Lower Manhattan and the surrounding harbor. All of these condos and penthouses will be managed by Four Seasons as well, which will allow residents to enjoy a full-service, hotel lifestyle in Lower Manhattan.
Residents of 30 Park Place will enjoy amenities such as a separate entrance and lobby, a heated indoor pool, and a fitness center. 30 Park Place will also feature a lounge area, children’s room, and landscaped public plaza. Since it will be situated close to both the Financial District and Tribeca, 30 Park Place will have a choice location close to Manhattan’s chicest restaurants, shops, and clubs.
