The Harsen House, at 120 West 72nd Street, is a new condominium building on Manhattan's Upper West Side between Broadway and Amsterdam. The Harsen House was the first registered US Green Building with LEED-platinum certification on the Upper West Side. This 16-floor boutique building houses 22 luxury apartments.
The Harsen House is close to many famous attractions like Central Park, Riverside Park, the Hudson River, Lincoln Center and the shops and restaurants at the Time Warner Center.
