Brooklyn’s tallest condo is coming to the former Jehovah Witnesses building at 67 Livingston Street between Court and Clinton Street.

Josh Schuster’s Silverback Development purchased the site for $28.6 million in January of 2017. In 2007, Glory Capital purchased the building from the Jehovah Witnesses and since then the site was used as a dorm for the Art Institute of New York, but will soon be home to new residents.

The tower will stand 29-stories tall and hold 23 units ranging from two and three-bedroom apartments starting at $2 million to $3 million.

The architect and interior designer for the development have not yet been revealed but the project's representative claimed that the developer has big plans for the soon-to-be residential.

Silverback hopes to file plans for the condominiums with the Department of Buildings soon.
