Luxurious 1010 Park Avenue is Finally Complete
Three years ago, plans for 1010 Park Avenue were approved and construction on the site has been underway ever since. Now, the building has finally been completed and sales will be launching soon for this gorgeous new Upper East Side development.
Before construction began, in addition to purchasing the site, Extell paid the church next door around $25 million for air rights. Architects Beyer Blinder Belle also had to alter the project a few times in order to get approved from the LRC.
Now fully complete and standing at only 11 stories tall, this boutique condominium building holds just 11 exclusive apartments. Nine of the homes take up the entire floor, while the other two are duplexes. The photos of the interiors that were revealed show homes with lavish finishes such as dark wood floors, oversized windows, and bathrooms covered in white marble with large soaking tubs and dramatic mirrors.
Not all the prices have been revealed, but a 3,882 SF four-bedroom home starts at $15 million, while the duplex, which includes a private terrace, starts at $35 million. Finally, the four-bedroom duplex penthouse, which also features a private terrace along with many other luxurious features, is asking for $50 million.
On the second floor of the building, you will find its many lavish and unique amenities including a 50-foot private pool, a screening room, a fitness center, and a children's playroom, a billiard room, and more.
