Is the second most desirable amenity a stretch? Well, sort of.

The complete list of amenities that would influence a prospective renter’s or buyer’s decision shows that fitness amenities rank most important. Among to the not-so-popular amenities are screening rooms and wine cellars.
The good thing about New York City is that there are hundreds of buildings to satisfy nearly all amenity-related desires.
