Hudson Yards, a development that will change the Manhattan skyline, finally has condos ready to hit the market at 15 Hudson Yards.

Located at 501 West 30th Street, condos come in five different styles, the Plaza Residences, which are all one-to-three-bedroom units with views of the development's public square as well as the High Line, the Loft Residences–all two-bedroom apartments with high ceilings, the Panorama Residences, which includes one to four-bedroom apartments with views of Lower Manhattan, and lastly, the Penthouses which are three and four-bedroom units that all have larger layouts and views of the skyline and the Hudson River.

Along with the different configurations, residents also have the option to choose from two different color schemes–tonal or contrast. Each home features oversized windows, oak flooring and cabinetry, open and equipped kitchens, and spa-like bathrooms.

The building also includes luxurious amenities such as a private spa, fitness center, private dining rooms, and a 75-foot swimming pool.

Residents will likely move into 15 Hudson Yards by 2018.
