Two more boutique condominium buildings are headed Greenpoint at 170 and 174 West Street. The five-story developments hold only 15 apartments altogether, designed by Studio C.

Renderings of the soon-to-be buildings reveal the layout and design to be quite similar for both 170 and 174 West Street. Both feature an open layout with floors of oak, 10-foot ceilings, oversized windows, kitchens featuring high-end appliances, heated floors, and private balconies.

A few units in both buildings have already hit the market. At 170 West Street, studios start at $989,900 and two-bedroom units start at around $1.09 million. At 174 West Street, a three-bedroom home starts at $1.7 million.

More units are expected to hit the market soon.
