The starchitect Rafael Viñoly is transforming the Manhattan skyline once again with another distinct residential tower.

Viñoly is the architect behind the iconic 432 Park Ave tower as well as 125 Greenwich Street and his newest addition is the glassy, layered Three Waterline Square at 635 West 59th Street on the Upper West Side. 

Three Waterline Square is part of the Riverside Center megaproject that is currently all under construction but coming along quickly. This tower, in particular, will stand 34 stories tall and hold 47 condominiums.

This new residential building will offer one-to-four-bedroom homes, each with airy 10-foot-tall ceilings, large windows that offer views of Manhattan and the Hudson River, which sits just a block away. The open gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinets and a large kitchen island topped with marble. The sleek finishes are also seen in the bathrooms as well with double vanities, large bathtub, glass shower, and marble countertops.
