359 Second Avenue via Google Maps A new development firm, Silverback Development, has announced plans for a new project at the corner of East 21st Street in Gramercy.

Ten years ago Colonnade Group developers unveiled plans for their site at 75 First Avenue in the East Village. In 2014 HTO Architects revealed a rendering of the eight-story building, but all has been quiet since, until now.

East 74th Street via Google Maps A new massive Upper East Side development is underway from Thor and Premier Equities. Located on Third Avenue, the development will be comprised of three five-story buildings that will be renovated into 31-story towers.

Today, the building is nearly completeand standing out in this neighborhood of historic townhouses.
