Morgan Stanley announced that they are providing 15 Central Park West with a $125 million mortgage loan for their retail space.
Neil Witriol, former president of steam bath and shower company Steamist West, has listed his five-bedroom, seven-bathroom condo at 15 Central Park West for $44 million. It is a combination of two apartments that Witriol bought for a total of $16.7 million.
Metal mogul Leroy Schecter’s 35th floor five-bedroom apartment at 15 Central Park West, which once was the rental residence of celebrity baseball player Alex Rodriguez aka A-Rod, has been combined with another unit to become a deluxe, five-bedroom luxury condo which now has an asking price of $95 million.
Piofrancesco Borghetti, a renowned business mogul hailing from Italy, has decided to list 32C, his 3-bedroom apartment in 15CPW, for an asking price of $27.7 million.
Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens has listed his 4,584-square-foot apartment with five bedrooms and 4.5 baths for a whopping $36 million.
Amy Kit Ming Mak has sold her 2,200 square foot apartment at 15 Central Park West to an anonymous buyer for $6.5 million. She had bought the apartment in 2007 for $4.32 million, and it had been on the market for about three years.
An extensively renovated 3-bedroom condo on the 37th floor sold for $23.35 million this week. William Lawrence, the seller, bought the condo for $10.6 million in 2008, so it doubled in value in a mere four years.
Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, one of the world’s richest men, has purchased former Citigroup CEO and chairman Sandy Weill’s famous penthouse at 15 Central Park West. Rybolovlev purchased the penthouse for a whopping $88 million.
