The Real Deal reported today that Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center has paid $29.3 million for at least 14 apartments for their staff to live in at 515 East 72nd Street. The owners of the apartment tower sold the apartments to the hospital back in June as a means of accelerating sales.
Jack Devine, co-founder and president of The Arkin Group, has bought a River Terrace home with his wife Patricia at 515 East 72nd Street. Devine, a 32-year veteran of the CIA, paid $1.35 million for the two-bedroom condominium, which, among other features, boasts of a wraparound balcony.
