What's in a name? Superior Ink's unique name derives from the fact that it's built on the site of the old Superior Ink factory at 400 West 12th Street, in Manhattan's West Village. But there's more than just history at play in Superior Ink's name, since the condominiums for sale here rank among the finest condo listings in the West Village, and among the most impressively green condos for sale in Manhattan. Don't let Superior Ink's LEED Silver certification fool you, though: the condominiums for sale and the hotel-style amenities on offer at Superior Ink are proof that green condo living can be luxurious condo living. A beacon of sustainable luxury amid the West Village's charming cobblestone streets, Superior Ink is indeed a superior luxury condo, and one of the most impressive new condominium listings in Manhattan.
The apartments for sale at Superior Ink offer all the luxurious finishes you'd expect from an elite condo listing in the West Village. In the state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, this means stainless steel, Energy Star-certified appliances and a modern, open layout. In Superior Ink's elegant baths, that means marble accents, mosaic tile, and a striking free-standing soaking tub. Soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows (energy-efficient, of course) ensure that each room is airy and filled with natural light, showing each condo's clean, modern lines to the greatest advantage. An exquisite attention to detail and unique finishes that balance elegance and efficiency makes each condominium at Superior Ink a singularly impressive space.
The amenities at Superior Ink include the luxurious conveniences found at other high-end Manhattan condominium listings, as well as a few unexpected extras. Superior Ink's 24-hour doorman and concierge service and entertainment lounge are par for the course when it comes to Manhattan luxury condos, but the state-of-the-art fitness facility's Yoga room and Pilates studio are above and beyond the usual, as is the private screening room. The most impressive amenities at Superior Ink are the ones you can't see, though -- these are the energy efficient building management systems and sustainable and recycled building materials that earned Superior Ink its LEED Silver rating from the U.S. Green Building Council. Factor in a prime West Village location at 400 West 12th Street, and it's easy to see why Superior Ink ranks among the most desirable condominium listings in the West Village, and as one of the finest condominiums in Manhattan. They don't make ink at 400 West 12th Street anymore, but Superior Ink is indeed a truly superior condo listing.
