Herzog & de Meuron Bring Conceptual Swiss Design Downtown

Swiss starchitect firm Herzog & de Meuron has partnered with high-concept developer Ian Schrager to design a free-flowing luxury condo development in the West Village. The project, 160 Leroy Street, will span a full city block and west-facing apartments will offer sweeping, panoramic Hudson River views.

Among many newly released designs popping up around New York City, these four luxury Manhattan towers revealed their renderings last week, painting a picture of the skyline to come.

215 Chrystie: Herzog & de Meuron's Elegant, New Condo on the Rise

215 Chrystie is ready to reach the skies on the Lower East Side, one of Manhattan’s fashionable neighborhoods. Swiss starchitecture firm Herzog & de Meuron, designed this modern, sleek hotel-condominium, and it was developed by hotelier Ian Schrager last year for $50 million. World-renowned John Pawson is the interior designer. The Swiss firm have also designed their new condo at 56 Leonard Street.
