At 301 East 61st Street, the Real Estate Inverlad Development teamed up with Third Palm Capital and Architect Manuel Glas Architects to bring the newest and hottest condominium to the Upper West Side. The soon-to-be 10 story building will hold 30 apartments that will feature Porcelanosa finishes, white oak flooring, and 18-foot windows to maximize the residents views of the East River. A mix of studio to three-bedrooms will range from approximately 600 sqft to 3,043 sqft, pricing from $800 thousand to $8.9 million. There will be a four-bedroom triplex penthouse with skylights, high ceilings, and its own private terrace.
