An exterior rendering of The Chamberlain
The new Upper West Side luxury building, The Chamberlain, has just released new renderings that unveils the buildings high-end interior and amenities. The new, 17-story tower developed by Simon Baron Development and Quadrum Global, will hold 30 apartments on the former site of a parking garage.
At 269 West 87th Street, apartments will range from two to five bedrooms, priced between $2.5 million and $6.825 million. This development will also include three penthouses and two townhouses. The interior of the homes will feature hand-laid hardwood oak floors with high ceilings and oversized windows. The open kitchen will come fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and custom cabinetry.
Buildings amenities will include a private central garden courtyard landscaped with seasonal plantings and a vertical green wall, as well as a kids playroom, a lounge, a library, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
The Chamberlain will be completed by 2017.
