The Lindley 

The Lindley is latest development project in Midtown East and has just released a teaser website, offering a glimpse at the 20-story luxury tower. Designed by Rawlings Architect, the 74-unit offers an array of apartments from studios up to three-bedroom apartments with prices starting at $900,000.

591 3rd avenue also offers several amenities such as a lounge room, fitness center, extra storage, and a rooftop garden with grilling and dining areas that will overlook the city.

While the interior of the building remains a mystery, the exterior is craftily designed of different shades of brick and oversized windows, ensuring natural light will flood each apartment and giving each residents a view of the New York skyline.

Sales will begin in 2017.
