497 Third Avenue currently via Google Maps

Park Slope is not typically known for having many condominiums, but Kaito Management will soon bring luxury condos to Third Street, just off Seventh Avenue.

The Homage on Third is planned to be a mixed use building and will rise six stories with commercial space at the ground floor. The three floors above the ground floor will each hold two-bedroom apartments that will take up the entire 1,088 square-foot floor. The fifth and sixth floors will be combined to create a three-bedroom duplex.

The soon-to-be homes at 497 Third Street will each have floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony, and roof access, while the duplex will have private rooftop access.

It will be designed by the architect firm Studio Vural and will capture the neighborhood's historic and elegant ambiance. The building will have oversized “European wood” windows and a facade of red limestone.
