Rendering via BCN Development

A new modern boutique building is set to rise in Brooklyn, just a block away from Fort Greene Park. It will hold only six condominiums and is being developed by BCN Development.

The site sits at 137 Carlton Avenue and was purchased by BCN last month for $1.675 million. The project will be designed by architect Murat Mutlu, and renderings of the building reveal a five-story gray development with large windows and a rooftop balcony.

It will feature one to three-bedroom apartments, all of which will be either duplexes or triplexes, ranging from 700 square feet to 1,650 square feet and each one will have 10-foot-tall ceilings to make room for the planned oversized windows. Prices are estimated to range from $700,000 to $1.8 million.

Construction will begin in September of this year and is planned to be completed by next summer.
