The city of skyscrapers has made room for yet another 1,050 foot tower in Midtown West that is expected to be completed soon.
The condominium will sit at 53 West 53rd Street, among many other towers, but this one's unique structure will allow it to really stand out and set it apart from the rest of Midtown's glassy developments. The building is currently still in construction and has made it to the 58th floor, and will reach 78-stories once completed.
This tower will bring 145 apartment to Midtown, with units already on the market. Each home will have high ceilings fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, bronze fixtures, walnut detailing, and hardwood floors. Kitchens will feature custom cabinetry, a marble counter-topped island, and a backsplash that will tie the kitchen together.
Residents at 53W53 will enjoy the private entertainment room, screening room, wine tasting room, the state-of-the-art fitness center which will include a sauna, steam room, massage treatment room, and a pool complete with a beautifully landscaped garden. Residents will also have free admission to the MoMA art gallery space which will occupy the third, fourth, and fifth floors of the building.
