172 Madison Avenue is Now Complete
Another condominium tower has just been completed in the busy streets of Murray Hill, at 172 Madison Avenue. The gorgeous glass structure was designed by architect Karl Fischer and developed by Tessler Developments.
The new development has brought 67 new condominiums to the area, and stands 31 stories tall at the corner of Madison Avenue and East 33rd Street. It offers one-to-three-bedroom spacious homes that feature high ceilings, some up to 18 feet, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of the city during the day and night. These views are also visible from the open kitchen, which includes unique fixtures such as stainless steel appliances, wine coolers that are surrounded by stone finishing, Miele appliances, warm colored wood cabinets, and marble countertops.
The amenities at 172 Madison Avenue are as notable as the apartments inside. There are private parking spaces available, bike storage, a fitness center, green garden for residents, a lounge and billiards room, and a 3,000-square-foot terrace which holds a 50-foot pool. The upper apartments have their own private balconies and some even get a view of the iconic Empire State Building.
The building was completed in 2016, but units are still available. One bedrooms start at $1,700,000, two-bedrooms ask for $2,750,000, and it is $14,000,000 for a three-bedroom.
