New Development on the Market in Murray Hill: The Lindley
While the 20-story tower wraps up construction, sales of The Lindley’s 74 apartments have launched. The new development has joined the neighborhood at 591 Third Avenue and the glassy building fits right in at the heart of Manhattan.
The developer, CBSK Ironstate, has collaborated with Rawlings Architects and Design Within Reach to bring sleek yet homey modern apartments to the big city. The building offers studios-to-three-bedroom apartments, each with an open-concept layout, floors lined with walnut-colored wood, high ceilings, and large windows. The gourmet open kitchens include built-in stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets that compliment the dark polished flooring, and islands with marble countertops. Bathrooms feature slate tile, oversized mirrors, double vanities, large bathtubs, and rain showers with glass doors.
Residents at The Lindley have 24/7 concierge service, a gorgeous lounge furnished by DWR, as well as amenities such as a bike room, state-of-the-art fitness center, steam room, and a rooftop terrace with the best views of Midtown. This development is surrounded by several museums, library, schools, parks, restaurants, and more.
For studios at The Lindley, asking prices start at $950,000. Prices start at $1,300,000 for a one-bedroom condo, $1,900,000 for a two-bedroom, and $3,000,000 for a three-bedroom apartment.
The development is expected to be completed by spring, 2018.
