JDS Development Group has just put 44 new condominiums Brooklyn on the market in Brooklyn while they wrap up construction on the new residential tower at 613 Baltic Street.

The developers purchased the site in the summer of 2014 and the very first rendering of the building was unveiled in 2015 by VOA Associates. The 11-story tower was completed this past summer and will be ready for residents in early 2018.
