The growing Lower East Side luxury residential market has recently added another condominium at 242 Broome Street. Taconic Investment and L&M Development have joined SHoP Architects and SLCE Architects to add this champagne colored 14-story tower to the changing neighborhood.

242 Broome Street is part one of an Essex Crossing mega-project development that includes three other residential buildings, with more to come.

The first four floors hold retail and commercial space while the luxury homes start on the fifth floor with three to six apartments occupying each floor.
