A new Tribeca tower designed by starchitect Robert A.M Stern is completing its final finishing touches while the homes inside have already hit the market.

70 Vestry was developed by Related Companies who bought the site in 2014. The development topped out in April of 2017 and by August, the gorgeous limestone facade of the building was already completed as well. Currently, construction is still needed on the central courtyard but is expected to finish by February of 2018.

This 13-story tower sits along the shore of the Hudson River.
