125 Greenwich Street Has Arrived in Style
One of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the city has just added a new condominium development designed by one of the most well-renowned architects in NYC. 125 Greenwich Street is finally complete and sales have officially hit the market.
125 Greenwich Street is located in the historic Financial District and designed by Rafael Viñoly, the same architect who built the currently standing tallest tower in the city. This new development does not fall short, as it stands 88-stories tall and holds 273 futuristic homes.
Developers remained tight-lipped about the building's interiors by March and White during construction, but now that the homes are on the market, photos and more information have been unveiled. The homes range from studios to three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. All of the homes have the same layout, but with different finishes. Residents have the option to choose Aqua, which is an Ancient Grey marble, Terra, a Silver Brown Wave marble, or Stratus, a Fior di Pesco Carnico marble. Along with this, each home comes with walk-in closets, floor-to-ceiling windows that sweep along the corners, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and open kitchens that have marble islands, wooden cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have floors of slate tile, a rain shower, double vanities, a glass shower, and marble countertops.
All of the building's amenities are located on the top three floors of the tower, which includes an infinity pool, yoga studio, conference room, day spa, lounge room, bike room, children’s playroom, screening room, a fully-equipped fitness center, and more. Every window throughout this development offers views of the gorgeous neighborhood, uptown Manhattan, and even the Hudson River. This new condominium is also nearby many museums, schools, historic parks, iconic bars and restaurants.
Studios at 125 Greenwich Street start at $1,300,000, one-bedrooms start at $2,000,000, two-bedrooms are $3,300,000, and three-bedrooms are $4,850,000.
