Introducing The Noma, The Latest in Flatiron Luxury
The Flatiron District has made room for yet another tall residential tower, bringing more luxury apartments to this quaint neighborhood. The Nomawas completed in late 2017 and although condominiums are going fast, there is still availability with a variety of layouts to choose from.
Alchemy Properties Development is behind this 24-story tower at 50 West 30th Street, and Architect FXFowle designed the building to fit into the area.
The exterior of the building reveals a tone gray brick and glass finish with a larger base, giving a unique structure and layers to the development. The interior of The Noma offers 52 one- to- two-bedroom homes with different layouts and sizes, but all featuring the same extravagant finishes such as polished floors of hardwood and high ceilings with oversized windows giving natural light throughout the open layout home. The kitchen includes custom wood cabinets, all stainless steel appliances, shining backsplashes, and Caesarstone countertops. Bathrooms feature porcelain tile floors, double vanities with an oversized mirror, marble countertops, a large soaking tub, and glass shower.
Residents at The Noma have access to some of the finest amenities, such as the building's fully equipped fitness center, bike room, library, lounge room, extra storage space, rooftop terrace and deck, as well as the barbeque outdoor area. This new residential building is nearby many convenient areas, without being in the center of the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Not too far away are grocery stores, numerous cafes, and many upscale restaurants that the Financial District is known for.
Prices for each condominium varies based on the number of bathrooms and square foot. One-bedrooms start at $1,480,000 and two-bedrooms start at $2,425,000.
