A new development is rising in a gorgeous spot near Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Pier 6. The waterfront property is being developed by RAL Companies & Oliver’s Realty Group, who paired with ODA Architect to establish this 39-story luxury residential building, Quay Tower.

The structure will bring 126 condominiums to 50 Bridge Park Drive that will range from two-to-five bedroom apartments, many of which will have stunning views of the East River. Interior designer Eran Chen has ensured that each home features only the most lavish finishes including floor-to-ceiling windows to make way for the dazzling views, polished hardwood floors, high ceilings, in-unit washers and dryers, and an open kitchen which will be finished with Caesarstone countertops, an island, and stainless steel appliances.

Not all of the building's amenities have been revealed, but so far it has been announced that there will be a state-of-the-art fitness center, bike room, business meeting room, fully furnished lounge room, and a rooftop with panoramic views.

Aside from the waterfront, Quay Tower is also located near many parks, is within walking distance from several supermarkets and shopping centers, and is close to trendy restaurants and bars.

Homes are expected to hit the market soon, while construction should be completed by 2019.
