A highly anticipated church-replacing condo is coming to Brooklyn and a rendering of the soon-to-be structure, dubbed Fix Six One Pacific, has recently been revealed.

The historic church at 561 Pacific Street closed nearly ten years ago. Adam America Real Estate purchased the site back in 2017 and has teamed up with ODA New York to bring brand new beautiful homes to Brooklyn.

Fix Six One Pacific will stand 12-stories tall and hold a total of 63 units. The base of the building will also hold retail space as well as private parking for residents. The interior of the homes will be Japanese-inspired, and the homes will include a host of lavish details and finishes.

Some features of the building that have been revealed include outdoor space, which is something ODA is known for, along with balconies and 5,000 square feet of amenities that will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop deck and an interior landscaped courtyard for residents to enjoy as they enter their home.

Boerum Hill is a tree-lined neighborhood in Brooklyn that is packed with trendy restaurants and bars, indie shops, parks, and several subway lines. Boerum Hill is filled with young professionals and families who enjoy the annual street fairs, summer park activities, and more.

The structure is planned to be finished by 2020 and homes are expected to hit the market soon.
