Condominiums are being filed all over Manhattan, including on the uber-exclusive Madison Avenue. Plans for an 18-story condo development have just been filed on Madison Avenue and will bring 16 luxury homes to the area. 

Developer Naftali Group hopes to begin construction soon. Naftali is collaborating with Architect Peter Pennoyer to bring a different style of luxury to the Upper East Side. Peter Pennoyer is bringing has major plans for not only the exterior of the building but the interior as well.

The site is located at 1041 Madison Ave, which was recently purchased for $21 million. The soon-to-be structure will be replacing a consignment shop and bringing in a new residential gem to this coveted neighborhood.

Not many details have been released about the interior of the development, but of the 16 homes, three will be a mix of duplexes and some will occupy an entire floor. Some planned amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, billiards room, a theatre room, and a rooftop terrace which will surely offer beautiful views of the surrounding neighborhood.

The Upper East Side is a perfect area for all New Yorkers, from large families to single pet-owners. Just nearby is the iconic Central Park, a perfect place to spend a nice summer day and find hidden spots to explore. The Upper East Side also has several museums, upscale restaurants with outdoor seating, and more.

While plans for this new development was just recently filed, but construction should be starting soon.
