In January, it was announced that a new, would be coming to the Financial District. While the building has still yet to be completed, homes inside have hit the market.

This soon-to-be-residential building at 130 William Street was developed by Lightstone Group along with Architect Adjaye Associates who aimed to create a one-of-a-kind building that is modern, yet strays away from the typical glass buildings found in Manhattan.

When completed in 2020, this concrete building will stand 66-stories tall and bring 244 condominiums to the growing area. 130 William Street will offer homes ranging from studios to four-bedrooms, each complete with high ceilings, white oak flooring, and oversized arching windows in every room. The large kitchen will be designed with custom Italian cabinets and Gaggenau stainless steel appliances, and marble countertops.

Not only does the exterior of 130 William Street offer a unique spin on residential living, but the interior will also include a long list of unique amenities such as a private Imax theatre, basketball court, concierge, gold stimulator, children’s playroom, fitness center, pool, sauna, yoga studio, rooftop deck, and more.

Interested in a home within this unique FiDi addition? Studios start at $750,000, one-bedrooms start at $1,200,000, two-bedrooms start at $1,600,000, three-bedroom $2,650,000, and four-bedrooms starting at $5,500,000.
