Nomad will soon be welcoming residents to its newest luxury residential building, the tallest on Fifth Avenue, located at 277 Fifth Ave. This building is located in the center of it all, Manhattan’s East and West Sides, Uptown and Downtown all meet.
The developer behind this project is Victor Group and Lendlease along with starchitect Rafael Vinoly. Vinoly is known for his sky-reaching towers, making it no surprise that this development is a record-breaker for the avenue at 55 stories.
277 Fifth Avenue will bring 130 lavish condominiums to the area, offering one-to three-bedroom homes, each carefully crafted by Jeffrey Beers to provide residents with warm, sophisticated interiors. Homes feature high ceilings, walk-in closets, washers and dryers, walk-in closets within the bedrooms, white oak floors and white oak kitchen cabinets to match, Italian marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances. Bathrooms will include a large bathtub, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and double vanities with marble countertops.
Residents also have full access to the many luxury amenities including full-time concierge service, a doorman, game room, extra storage space, steam room, fully-equipped fitness center, pool, sauna, yoga studio, double-height library, lounge, and more. The prime location of Nomad also offers residents a host of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and more from just a short walk away.
This development will not be completed until 2019, but homes have already hit the market. One-bedrooms start at $1,800,000, two-bedrooms start at $31,000,000, and three-bedrooms start at $5,500,000.
