277 Fifth Avenue will bring 130 lavish condominiums to the area, offering one-to three-bedroom homes, each carefully crafted by Jeffrey Beers to provide residents with warm, sophisticated interiors. Homes feature high ceilings, walk-in closets, washers and dryers, walk-in closets within the bedrooms, white oak floors and white oak kitchen cabinets to match, Italian marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances.
