Five Franklin Place is a new condominium located in the Lower Manhattan neighborhood of Tribeca. An ideal place to live, this vibrant neighborhood features trendy restaurants, cultural venues, theaters and galleries, as well as clothing stores, convenience stores and some of the highest-performing schools in New York. Besides its great location, this New York City residence was thoughtfully designed by Van Berkel, with natural light emphasized throughout the building.
The beauty begins in the luxurious lobby, which is elegantly designed with curving geometries and sensual materials. The elegance extends to the numerous amenities offered, including a private spa, which is equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna, showers, and a changing area. Residents may also enjoy the state-of-the-art fitness center and feel comfort knowing there is a 24-hour doorman. For a price, residents can also enjoy valet parking, individual storage units and a bicycle storage area.
The fashionable residences of Five Franklin place are designed by B&B Italia and incorporate different styles and colors to maximize light and enhance the natural beauty of each unit while creating a contemporary vision. Individual residences include built-in bookcases, expansive views of the surrounding city and a sliding curved wall in the master bath that rotates to reveal a room with a view.
