7 Harrison

7 Harrison Street is located in Tribeca. This is a new condominium conversion that hosts 12 new units, and stands seven stories tall. Before becoming a luxury space, this building was home to a dry goods and cold storage warehouse, built in 1893. This masonry building will have 10 three and four bedroom half floor homes. There will be one townhouse unit that will host a private garden, along with one duplex penthouse which contains private outdoor space. This is set to be Harris Streets largest luxury condominium development to date.
