The downtown neighborhood of Battery Park City is known for a number of top New York City attractions, loved by residents and tourists alike. This exciting yet uniquely serene neighborhood is the location of Rector Square, the luxury condominium building at 225 Rector Place that offers a variety of residences from studio apartments to three-bedroom apartments. This stunning 24-story high-rise towers over Battery Park City, with homes to match that grandeur.
The interiors of Rector Square interiors have been designed by Clodagh; an acclaimed designer who has also designed for the Caledonia. Her signature style is supremely evident in the design of the apartments that have an eastern theme running through them. Residents are allowed to choose from two distinctive apartment looks, but both designs make the homes here both warm and inviting. The kitchens and bathrooms are similarly furnished, with many Clodagh accessories making an appearance here as well.
Residents of Rector Square will also be treated to a number of very special suite of amenities, which include the use of a private 40’ indoor, sky-lit pool, a rooftop sun terrace and a fully furnished cabana. Just steps away from the Hudson river, Rector Square is located in a very happening neighborhood and is close to subways, parks, and schools. Rector Square has been called one of the best residences in Battery Park City, and a quick perusal of its features and amenities is enough to justify that view.
