245 Tenth Avenue is a new condominium located in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, offering luxury apartments for sale. Designed by the award-winning architecture firm Della Valle Bernheimer, this building features a singular facade of glass and irregularly stamped stainless steel panels that animate the building by reflecting the changing light. The minimal yet materially rich interiors of 245 Tenth welcome its residents with the highest attention to detail, including RIFRA fixtures exclusively designed by Della Valle Bernheimer.
245 Tenth Avenue offers exceptional square footage in each apartment; 1 bedroom/2 bathroom units start at 1,500 sq/ft and 2 bedroom/3 bathroom units start at 2,500 sq/ft. High-vault ceilings (9'8") combined with floor-to-ceilings windows make for incredible views of Chelsea and New York City. Dark hardwood floors, exposed concrete ceilings, Lualdi frameless doors and recessed lighting create a sense of texture and scale throughout each apartment. Kitchens feature superior finishes and fixtures throughout, including exceptional sub-Zero, Gaggenau, Thermidor, and Bosch appliances, and bathrooms feature radiant floor heat.
Residents of 245 Tenth will enjoy sophisticated amenities including keyed entry/elevator access, private storage facilities in the basement, concierge services through Abigail Michaels and a second-floor terrace and lounge.
