The Walton is a pre-war elevator building in the Financial Side. It was finished in 1902 and converted to condos in 1980. The Beaux Arts classical detailing remains intact. The 11-story building has a brown brick facade with a 2-story limestone base, a newly renovated marble lobby, newly renovated hallways and new elevators. The 5th and 6th floors boast protruding bay windows, which provide light and spaciousness inside and give the building's exterior an ornamental touch.
