Latest reports say that 70 per cent of the condos at Apex have officially been sold, with nearly 30 closings already completed as well. There are nine remaining active listings, ranging in price from $365,000 to $895,000.
Sales at the Apex in Harlem continue to be steady, with sales reports suggesting that 50 per cent of the luxury condominium building now sold.
Of the 44 condos available for sale at the Apex in Harlem, 17 of them have now been sold. Closings had started on June 29th, and people have already started moving into their new apartments.
The condos in Harlem's Aloft Hotel are set to hit the market this September with prices ranging from $300,000 to just over $1 million.
